Make an investment towards lower rates bills
I fully support the government’s proposal to cap rates. The Taxpayers’ Union says that Rotorua Council has increased rates by 31.6% with inflation at 13.7% over the last 3 years. I believe our Council has got into some bad spending habits and needs a reset with a new level of financial discipline.
